Who processes the data

What we collect and why

Name, e-mail, phone (if provided), pharmacy or company, CNPJ, city, role and what you wrote in the form. We use this data to answer your request, assess the API you sent and send the material you asked for.

Along with the form we keep the landing page and, if present, campaign parameters (UTM) and the website you came from. This stays in your browser tab (sessionStorage) until you submit. The website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Legal basis

Your consent, given in the form checkbox (art. 7, I, of Law 13,709/2018), and the preliminary steps to a contract you requested (art. 7, V).

How long

For as long as there is a business relationship. Contacts that did not become clients are deleted after 2 years without interaction.

Who we share it with

No one, for commercial purposes. Data is kept on infrastructure contracted by HAYA (hosting and database), under the rules of this policy.

Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (art. 18 of the LGPD). Requests go to contato@hayadobrasil.com.br, which also serves as the data protection officer channel.
